In early March 2025, The Counseling Center for Wayne & Holmes Counties discovered that an unauthorized party accessed its server and removed sensitive personal and medical information. Affected individuals were notified in February 2026 after the organization completed its investigation.

A threat actor claimed to have accessed Call-On-Doc’s systems and offered alleged patient data for sale on the dark web. The company has not confirmed the breach, but the exposed information may include sensitive health data.
