In November 2025, Managed Care Advisors/Sedgwick Government Solutions suffered a ransomware attack that exposed sensitive personal and health information. The company is a Washington, D.C.–based federal contractor providing managed care services, including for the WTC Health Program.

Spigen is a consumer electronics accessories company that sells phone cases, chargers, and related products through its website, Spigen.com. It is being investigated whether tracking tools on its website collected information about visitors’ browsing, account activity, or purchases and shared it with third parties without proper notice or consent.

The North Atlantic States Carpenters Benefit Funds (NASCBF), a labor union benefit fund, suffered a data breach on August 18, 2025, exposing names, Social Security numbers, and financial account information.

In September 2025, Spindletop Center experienced a cyberattack that may have exposed sensitive personal and health information. The compromised data could include names, Social Security numbers, ID numbers, and medical details.

In early March 2025, The Counseling Center for Wayne & Holmes Counties discovered that an unauthorized party accessed its server and removed sensitive personal and medical information. Affected individuals were notified in February 2026 after the organization completed its investigation.

UA Sprinkler Fitters Local 669 JATC disclosed a data breach after an unauthorized party accessed its systems in May 2024 and copied files containing sensitive personal information.

HP.com allegedly used online tracking tools that may have collected and shared customer browsing and purchase data without clear consent, raising privacy concerns.

Beacon Mutual Insurance Company suffered a ransomware attack in January 2026 that led to unauthorized system access. The breach may have exposed sensitive personal and protected health information and is still under investigation.

An unauthorized third party accessed Eckerd Connects’ network in November 2024 and viewed certain files. Those files may have contained sensitive personal and medical information of affected individuals.
