Many online platforms use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, and similar tracking technologies to monitor how users interact with their websites. These tools may collect information about the courses you viewed, videos you watched, search activity, account activity, and other interactions

Our firm is investigating whether Coursera’s digital platforms may have shared user information including video viewing activity with third parties without users’ full knowledge or proper consent, potentially in violation of privacy laws such as the Video Privacy Protection Act (VPPA).

There is no cost to submit information, and participation does not require that you created an account or placed an order.
