Have you purchased a Google Pixel 9 Pro, 9 Pro XL, or 9 Pro Fold? You may have been misled by Google about your purchase and may be entitled to compensation. Google advertised that the purchase of these phones included Gemini Advanced for a year. Google claims that this subscription provided purchasers with “the best before the rest” and the ability to “Access Google’s next-gen AI” However, when Google changed the structure of their AI subscription, they transferred Gemini Advanced subscribers to the AI Pro tier, the middle tier of their AI subscriptions, and not the top AI Ultimate tier. AI Pro subscribers cannot access Gemini 2.5 Deep Think, Google’s best AI model, and Veo 3.1, Google’s best video generation model. Google misled consumers about the benefits they were receiving from their purchase.
