What is this about?

Have you purchased a Google Pixel 10 Pro, 10 Pro XL, or 10 Pro Fold? You may have been misled by Google about your purchase and may be entitled to compensation. Google advertises that the purchase of these phones includes Google AI Pro for a year. Google claims that this subscription provides purchasers with “access to our powerful features and most capable AI models” and the ability to “Create high-quality, 8-second videos with Veo 3, our advanced video generation model.” However, Google AI Pro subscribers do not gain access to Gemini 2.5 Deep Think, Google’s most capable model, and only gain access to Veo 3.1 Fast, an inferior version of the advertised Veo 3 model. Google misled consumers about the benefits they were receiving from their purchase.
