If you received a letter or email about a data breach from Women’s Center for Radiology, LLC (“WCR”) of Orlando, Florida, your sensitive personal information and protected health information may have been compromised. On April 29, 2026, WCR became aware of suspicious activity on its computer network. WCR promptly took steps to contain the activity and launched an investigation into the incident with the support of third-party specialists. The investigation determined that an unauthorized actor or actors accessed a subset of WCR’s network from April 26 to April 28, 2026. WCR then worked to secure the compromised information and conducted a review and analysis of the data to determine what information was contained within the files and the persons to whom the information relates.
WCR posted a public notice of the breach to its website on June 26, 2026. WCR indicated in the public notice that it has either completed or is in the process of issuing individual notice to affected persons.
