What Is This About?

If you recently received a letter or an email from Catwig LLC, which does business as Victory Disability (“Victory Disability”), informing you that your sensitive personal and protected health information was compromised in a data breach, we would like to speak with you about your rights and potential legal remedies. Victory Disability recently disclosed that it was the victim of a data breach that exposed individuals’ sensitive personal and protected health information.

What Happened?

In November 2025, Victory Disability became aware of claims that an unknown party obtained information belonging to the Firm. Upon discovering the incident, Victory Disability initiated an investigation, with the assistance of third-party cybersecurity specialists, to confirm the security of its environment and to determine the validity of these claims. Victory Disability also notified federal law enforcement authorities. The investigation determined that, between October 27, 2025, and November 12, 2025, an unknown party accessed a portion of Victory Disability’s environment and may have viewed or copied certain information stored there. On December 12, 2025, Victory Disability filed a notice with the Attorney General of California and began sending written notification letters to impacted individuals.

What Information Was Impacted?

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive personal and protected health information may have been compromised:

  • Contact information (address, email address, telephone number)
  • Social Security numbers;
  • Dates of birth; and
  • Medical information, including diagnosis, treatment information, medications, and lab results.
