The investigation revealed that an unauthorized third party gained access to Rodenburg’s network for what Rodenburg describes as a short period of time, during which certain files stored in the system were exposed to the unauthorized actor. On March 20, 2026, the investigation concluded that personal information belonging to certain individuals had been exposed. Written notice to affected individuals was sent on or about April 21, 2026, and on April 24, 2026, Rodenburg Law Firm filed a notice with Attorney General of Texas.
