If you recently received a letter or an email from Riddell Law Group (“Riddell”) informing you that your sensitive personal or protected health information was compromised in a data breach, we would like to speak with you about your rights and potential legal remedies. Riddell recently disclosed that it was the victim of a data breach that exposed individuals’ sensitive personal and protected health information.
On October 16, 2025, Riddell Law Group became aware of suspicious activity within its network environment. Upon detection, Riddell launched an investigation with the assistance of third-party cybersecurity experts to determine the nature and scope of the incident. The forensic investigation, completed on November 11, 2025, determined that an unauthorized third party accessed certain files stored within Riddell’s network environment. On February 12, 2026, Riddell filed a notice with the Office of the Maine Attorney General and began sending out notice letters to impacted individuals.
