What Happened?

Pivot Health Inc., a Miami, Florida-based health insurance company, reported a data security incident involving unauthorized access to its Amazon Web Services (“AWS”) environment. According to the company, suspicious activity was discovered on or around March 13, 2026, prompting an internal investigation with the assistance of third-party forensic specialists.

The investigation determined that an unauthorized actor accessed Pivot Health’s AWS environment at various times between February 26, 2026, and March 13, 2026. During that time, files stored within the environment were viewed or copied without authorization. Following a review of the affected data, Pivot Health began notifying impacted individuals. On May 14, 2026, Pivot Health posted notice of the incident via its website and reported the breach to the Attorney General of Texas. The breach was reported to affect, among others, 1,172 Texas residents.

What Information Was Impacted?

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive personal and protected health information may have been compromised:
