What Is This About?

If you recently received a letter or an email from Palacios Marine & Industrial Coatings Inc. What Happened?

On March 30, 2026, PMI reported the incident to the Maine Attorney General and the Texas Attorney General and began issuing notification letters to affected individuals. The company also published a notice of the incident on its website, providing additional details about the event and outlining resources available to help individuals protect their information.

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive personal and protected health information may have been compromised:
