According to dark web monitoring sources, Mindpath College Health recently experienced a data breach claimed by the ransomware group known as Qilin. Our firm is investigating this matter and would like to speak with current and former patients of Mindpath College Health.
On or around May 28, 2026, dark web monitoring sources, including Dark Web Informer, reported that Mindpath College Health, a mental health organization focused on university students and faculty in California, had been listed on the Qilin ransomware group’s leak site. The ransomware group allegedly claimed to possess approximately 578,000 files totaling nearly 120 GB of data connected to the organization.
According to reporting on sample images Qilin has shared as alleged proof of the breach, the exposed records may include highly sensitive medical information and other protected health information such as data pertaining to health insurance.
