If you recently received a letter or an email from IPPC Inc., IPPC of New York LLC, or Innovative Pharmacy LLC (“IPPC”) informing you that your sensitive personal and protected health information was compromised in a data breach, we would like to speak with you about your rights and potential legal remedies. IPPC recently disclosed that it was the victim of a data breach that exposed individuals’ sensitive personal and protected health information.
IPPC recently became aware of a security incident on its technical network. Upon detection, IPPC launched an investigation with the assistance of third-party cybersecurity experts to determine the nature and scope of the incident.
The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to IPPC’s network between September 18, 2025, and September 19, 2025, during which time files were copied and potentially viewed. IPPC conducted a comprehensive review of the impacted data to determine what information was compromised and identified affected individuals. On February 9, 2026, IPPC identified persons whose sensitive data was included in the impacted data.
On February 27, 2026, IPPC made a public disclosure and started sending out notice letters to the impacted individuals.
