What Happened?

Between November 19, 2025 and November 22, 2025, Interstate Management Company, LLC, a hotel management company, experienced unauthorized access to certain hotel systems that may have resulted in the exposure of sensitive personal information. After detecting the unauthorized access at an undisclosed time, the company launched an investigation to determine the scope of the breach and identify the individuals affected. On April 23, 2026, Interstate/Aimbridge confirmed that personal information may have been taken from certain hotel systems during the period of unauthorized access.

On May 26, 2026, Interstate/Aimbridge filed a notice of the data breach (under the Interstate Management Company, LLC name) with the Attorney General of Maine and began sending notice letters to affected individuals.

What Information Was Impacted?

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive personal information may have been compromised:
