What Happened?

On February 5, 2026, Hims & Hers identified suspicious activity involving its third-party customer service platform. An investigation determined that between February 4, 2026, and February 7, 2026, unauthorized access was gained to certain customer service tickets that contained personal information.

On April 2, 2026, Hims & Hers reported the incident to the California Attorney General and began notifying impacted individuals. These notices include additional information about the incident and steps you can take to protect yourself.
