What Is This About?

If you received a letter or email from Green Imaging, LLC (“Green Imaging”) about a data breach, your sensitive personal and protected health information may have been exposed. Our firm is investigating this incident and can help you understand your rights and potential legal options.

What Happened?

On October 17, 2025, Green Imaging, LLC identified suspicious activity within its email environment and promptly launched an investigation with the assistance of cybersecurity specialists. The investigation determined that one of Green Imaging’s user accounts was subject to unauthorized access between October 7, 2025, and October 17, 2025, during which time information may have been accessed and/or copied.

Following this discovery, Green Imaging initiated a comprehensive, third-party review of the affected account to determine what information was involved and to identify impacted individuals. Green Imaging then worked to validate the data and identify address information relating to certain current and former patients. On or about April 27, 2026, Green Imaging filed a notice with the Attorney General of Texas and posted a public notice of the incident to its website. Affected individuals are being notified via U.S. Mail.

What Information Was Impacted?

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive personal and protected health information may have been compromised:

                      • Address;
                      • Date of birth;
                      • Social Security number and/or other government-issued identification number;
                      • Driver’s license number;
                      • Medical information, including diagnosis or condition, clinical/treatment information, procedure type, medication information, physician information; and
                      • Other health and/or health insurance information.
