What Happened?

On or about February 23, 2026, Fourteen Foods was alerted to suspicious activity in its network environment. Fourteen Foods then took action to contain the threat and initiated an investigation into the nature and scope of the suspicious activity. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party accessed Fourteen Foods’ network environment between February 19, 2026, and February 25, 2026, and copied certain files. Fourteen Foods then began a review of the affected files to determine what information they contain and to whom the information belongs. The review was completed on September 10, 2026.

On or about October 22, 2026, Fourteen Foods provided written notice of the data breach to individuals whose information Fourteen Foods identified among the compromised files. On or about the same day, Fourteen Foods reported the breach to the New Hampshire Attorney General. The breach affected five New Hampshire residents, and, at least as to those New Hampshire residents, included names and Social Security numbers. Fourteen Foods has not publicly disclosed how it obtained the involved personal information, though it may be the case that it originates from current and former employees of Fourteen Foods’ Dairy Queen franchises.
