What Happened?

On September 29, 2025, Fluke Corporation learned that a criminal actor exploited a security vulnerability in a third-party business application used by the company.

The company’s investigation later determined that the unauthorized access occurred between August 10, 2025, and October 7, 2025. After engaging third-party experts a forensic review of the affected data, which was completed on May 8, 2026, Fluke began notifying individuals whose information was potentially impacted.

What Information Was Impacted?

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive personal information may have been compromised:
