If you received a letter or email from ERMI LLC (“Ermi” or “ERMI”) about a data breach, your sensitive personal and protected health information may have been exposed. Our firm is investigating this incident and can help you understand your rights and potential legal options.
Between approximately February 15, 2025 and August 14, 2025, an unauthorized individual gained access to a limited number of Ermi employee email accounts. ERMI discovered the incident on or about July 25, 2025 and launched an investigation with the assistance of external cybersecurity professionals.
ERMI determined on or about April 17, 2026 that files involved in the incident may have contained sensitive personal and protected health information. On May 26, 2026, Ermi filed notice of the incident with the California Attorney General and began sending notice letters to impacted individuals.
