According to a notice of the incident posted to the company website, an unauthorized third party gained access to systems containing sensitive information and may have viewed or taken data without authorization on or around November 28, 2025.
CPA conducted an investigation and reviewed the affected data to determine what information may have been involved. The review was completed on or about June 2, 2026, after which the company began notifying potentially affected individuals. Public notice of the incident was issued on June 12, 2026. That same day, CPA notified the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation of the breach.
