If you recently received a letter or an email from Richland Medical Center Inc. d/b/a Central Ozarks Medical Center (“COMC”) informing you that your sensitive personal or protected health information was compromised in a data breach, we would like to speak with you about your rights and potential legal remedies. COMC recently disclosed that it was the victim of a data breach that exposed individuals’ sensitive personal and protected health information.
Central Ozarks Medical Center (“COMC”) became aware of a security event on its systems some time prior to November 10, 2025. COMC has not yet provided details about the breach’s duration or when it was first detected. COMC launched an investigation with the assistance of third-party cybersecurity experts to secure COMC’s systems and to determine the nature and scope of the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to systems containing sensitive information. COMC conducted a comprehensive review of the impacted data to determine what information was compromised and identified affected individuals. On or about November 10, 2025, COMC identified persons whose sensitive data was included in the impacted data. COMC has since begun to provide notification to potentially affected individuals and offered complimentary credit monitoring services.
