On May 14, 2026, Bridle Trails Family Dentistry reported the incident to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights, indicating 20,976 affected individuals. Bridle Trails Family Dentistry posted a public notice of the incident to its website on or about April 10, 2026. According to the website posting, individuals have received or will receive individualized notice via mail.
