On May 19, 2026, Bluepeak reported to the Texas Attorney General that it experienced a data security incident that exposed sensitive personal and protected health information belonging to consumers.
As of publication, it remains unknown how the incident occurred, when unauthorized access was discovered, or how long systems may have been affected. However, the Texas Attorney General filing identifies multiple categories of highly sensitive information that may have been compromised. On March 31, 2026, Bluepeak reported a data breach affecting 615 total people to the Attorney General of Indiana that occurred or was discovered on December 11, 2025. Whether this breach is related to or the same as the breach reported to Texas remains under investigation.
Among those affected by the breach are 811 residents of Texas. According to Bluepeak’s filing with the Texas Attorney General, Bluepeak has begun to notify affected individuals via U.S. Mail.
