According to dark web monitoring sources, Associated Gastroenterologists of Central New York, PC (“Associated Gastroenterologists of CNY” or “AGCNY”) of Camillus, New York, may have experienced a data breach allegedly carried out by the threat group known as Booba Project. On or around October 1, 2026, dark web monitoring websites including Ransomware.live detected that the cybercriminal threat group known as Booba Project had claimed to have breached data from AGCNY in a post made to the threat group’s dark web leak site. Booba Project claims to have stolen 70 gigabytes (70 GB) of data.
