(“BHCHP”) your sensitive personal information or protected health information may have been compromised in a recent data breach. BHCHP, an organization that provides health services to Boston-area individuals and families experiencing homelessness, learned of a disruption to its network on November 11, 2025. BHCHP’s subsequent investigation, with the assistance of cybersecurity experts, determined on June 8, 2026, that certain files containing patient or employee information had been subject to unauthorized access.
On August 8, 2026, BHCHP reported the data breach to the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation and the Attorney General of Vermont.
