On June 9, 2025, Fiesta Insurance learned that certain systems within its network environment were affected by a cybersecurity incident. Fiesta immediately began an investigation into the incident. Fiesta engaged cybersecurity professionals to help determine the extent of the activity and what information may have been accessed.

Over a year later, on June 26, 2026, Fiesta determined that the files potentially accessed or acquired in the incident contained personal information, including Social Security numbers, financial information, driver’s license information, and more, depending on the individual. On July 14, 2026, the breach was listed on the websites for the Attorneys General of Texas and Vermont. On July 13, 2026, Fiesta Insurance posted a public notice of the incident to its website and began sending notice via U.S. Mail to affected individuals.

                        • Name;
                        • Address;
                        • Social Security number;
                        • Driver's license number;
                        • Date of birth;
                        • Passport and/or driver's license number;
                        • Financial account information; and
                        • Health related financial information.
