CHCB detected suspicious activity on its network on April 21, 2026. CHCB promptly took measures to secure its environment and launched an investigation with the support of third-party specialists to determine the nature and scope of the unauthorized activity. The investigation determined that an unknown actor accessed CHCB’s network without authorization on April 20 and April 21, 2026. The threat actor accessed certain files that may contain patient information.
CHCB’s public notice on its website indicates that it is still in the process of reviewing affected files and identifying potentially impacted individuals. When the review is finalized, CHCB will notify potentially affected individuals by written letter.
