On or about February 4, 2026, Tower discovered suspicious activity within its network. Upon discovery, Tower took action to secure the network and begin an investigation into the nature and scope of the incident with the assistance of third-party specialists. The investigation determined that certain information within Tower’s systems was subject to unauthorized access on or about February 3, 2026. Tower then began a process to identify the data at risk and to determine the individuals to whom the information relates. Tower completed this process on May 20, 2026.
Tower began notifying affected individuals on June 23, 2026. On June 26, 2026, Tower notified the Texas and Vermont Attorneys General of the breach. Individual notice is being provided via methods that include U.S. Mail.
