What Happened?

On January 28, 2026, Delaware North detected unusual activity in an employee’s Microsoft account. The company promptly secured the account and began an investigation with the assistance of internal and external security resources.

The investigation determined that on January 27, 2026, an unauthorized actor acquired copies of certain files maintained by Delaware North. A review of affected files that completed on May 28, 2026, determined that these files contained the name and one or more of driver’s license number, other government-issued identification number, or Social Security number.

On June 5, 2026, Delaware North began mailing notice letters to affected individuals for whom it had address information. Based on what was compromised in the data breach, it is likely that some or all the personal information belongs to current and former employees and contractors of Delaware North.
