According to dark web monitoring sources, "Soniva Dental LLC ("Soniva Dental")", a dental services organization operating primarily in Texas, recently experienced a data breach claimed by the ransomware group known as The Gentlemen. Our firm is investigating this matter and would like to speak with current and former patients of Soniva Dental and its affiliated practices.

Soniva Dental manages, in Texas, Ziva Dental, Wise Dental, Wilson Dental, Portland Dental, Mysa Dental, Kashi Dental, Lone Star Braces, Dental Hut, FloMo Dental, Allwyn Dental, Azle Smiles, Agave Dental of Kenedy and Agave Dental Floresville. Soniva Dental also manages Whalom Dental in Fitchburg, Massachussets.

What Happened?

On or about June 4, 2026, Soniva Dental appeared as an entry on a ransomware leak site operated by the group known as “The Gentlemen,” as detected by dark web tracking websites including Ransomware.live.

At this time, Soniva Dental has not publicly confirmed the alleged incident. Details regarding how the alleged access occurred, how long systems may have been exposed, what information may have been compromised, and the total number of individuals potentially affected remain unknown.

What Information Was Impacted?

Based on previous cyberattacks on healthcare providers, the following types of sensitive personal and protected health information may have been compromised:
