According to cybersecurity reporting and dark web monitoring sources, Advanced Diagnostic Imaging, P.C. (which does business as “AdvancedHEALTH”), a multi-speciality medical practice in Tennessee, recently experienced a data breach. On or around May 16, 2026, dark web monitoring sources reported the cybercrime group DragonForce claimed responsibility for an attack on systems belonging to AdvancedHEALTH. DragonForce claims to have acquired approximately 390 GB of data, including patient records, payroll files, HR documents, and more.
According to reporting by Comparitech, Columbia Surgical Partners of Tennessee, whose parent is AdvancedHEALTH, reportedly notified patients of a data security incident connected to its parent company at the end of April 2026.
The alleged breach and the scope of any unauthorized access or data exposure remain under investigation. AdvancedHEALTH has not publicly confirmed the claims made by DragonForce as of publication.
