What Is This About?

If you received a letter or email from Blue Enterprises, Inc., doing business as Hogan Transports, Inc. (“Hogan”), about a data breach, your personal information may have been exposed. Our firm is investigating this incident and can help you understand your rights and potential legal options.

What Happened?

On or around November 29, 2025, Hogan discovered unusual activity affecting certain systems within its network. Hogan conducted an investigation with the assistance of third-party cybersecurity specialists and determined that unauthorized actors accessed Hogan’s network at various periods of time between October 25, 2025, and November 29, 2025, and that certain files were accessed or copied during the incident.

Following the investigation, Hogan conducted a review of the affected files to determine what information may have been impacted and which individuals were affected. That review concluded on March 31, 2026. On May 8, 2026, Hogan filed notice of the data breach with authorities from various states and began sending notice letters to impacted individuals, including 3,025 Texas residents.

What Information Was Impacted?

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive personal information may have been compromised:

                      • Financial account information, such as bank account, credit or debit card information.
