Quatrro recently disclosed that it was the victim of a data breach that may have exposed individuals’ sensitive personal and protected health information.
On December 7, 2025, Quatrro Business Support Services, Inc. became aware of a security incident on its internal systems. Upon detection, Quatrro launched an investigation with the assistance of third-party cybersecurity experts to determine the nature and scope of the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to certain files within Quatrro’s systems during the period from November 11, 2025 through November 19, 2025.
Following the incident, Quatrro conducted a comprehensive review of the affected files. On February 25, 2026, Quatrro determined that the compromised files contained sensitive personal information belonging to certain individuals.
The breach was reported to the Attorneys General of Maine and New Hampshire on March 23, 2026. On that same date, Quatrro began mailing notification letters to impacted individuals.
