What Happened?

On February 19, 2025, Mosley Glick O’Brien, Inc. (“MGO”) discovered that it had been the victim of a sophisticated ransomware attack affecting its internal network. Upon discovery, MGO immediately began working with its internal IT team and third-party forensic specialists to secure its systems, restore network functionality, and investigate the full nature and scope of the incident. MGO also reported the incident to federal law enforcement.

Through its investigation, MGO determined that certain data maintained in the normal course of its business may have been subject to unauthorized access during the attack. With the assistance of third-party specialists, MGO initiated a comprehensive and time-intensive review process to identify the specific data involved and the individuals potentially affected.

This review was completed on February 24, 2026. Following this analysis, MGO determined that the impacted data may have included personally identifiable information. On March 16, 2026, MGO publicly disclosed the incident and began mailing notification letters to affected individuals.

What Information Was Impacted?

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive personal and protected health information may have been compromised:

                • Dates of birth;
                • Medical diagnosis or treatment information;
                • Health insurance information;
                • Financial account numbers;
                • Payment card numbers (with or without access information); and
                • Individual tax identification numbers.
