What Happened?

According to recent dark web monitoring reports, a threat actor has claimed to have accessed Call-On-Doc’s internal systems. On January 22, 2026, an account under the alias “iProfessor” posted a database for sale on a dark web forum. The threat actor claims to have obtained the data from Call-On-Doc’s systems in December 2025. The dark web listing alleges that the compromised files contain records for more than 1 million patients. While this breach has not been confirmed by Call-On-Doc, the information alleged to be exposed suggests a serious exposure of sensitive health information.

What Information Was Impacted?

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive personal and protected health information may have been compromised:
