What Is This About?

If you recently received a letter or an email from Gulshan Management Services, Inc. or Gulshan Enterprises Inc. (“Gulshan”) informing you that your sensitive personal information was compromised in a data breach, we would like to speak with you about your rights and potential legal remedies. Gulshan, a company overseeing numerous gas stations and convenience stores in Texas, recently disclosed that it was the victim of a data breach that exposed individuals’ sensitive personal information.

What Happened?

On September 17, 2025, Gulshan Management Services, Inc. became aware of a security incident on its internal systems resulting from a phishing attack. Upon detection on the weekend of September 27, 2025, Gulshan launched an investigation with the assistance of third-party cybersecurity experts to determine the nature and scope of the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to servers containing personal data and deployed malicious encryption software. Gulshan conducted a comprehensive review of the impacted data to determine what information was compromised and identified affected individuals. On January 06, 2026, Gulshan filed a notice with the Attorneys General of Texas and Vermont. According to Gulshan’s filing with the Attorney General of Texas, Gulshan has not yet begun sending notice letters or emails to affected persons.

What Information Was Impacted?

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive personal information may have been compromised:

Names;
Addresses;
Social Security numbers;
Driver’s license numbers.
Passport or State ID card numbers;
Financial account numbers; and
Credit or debit card numbers.
